OD Maternity Coverage Position in Torrance​

​

• Starting December 2026 for about 6 months

• 2-3 days a week or 16-24 hours flexible. Mon-Fri, no weekends

• Pay: Locum doctor $90-100 an hour 

• Preferred: Glaucoma TPA certified, Eyemed credentialed, experience with EPIC EMR

• Mainly routine dilated medical exams; a few refractions and post-op each day

• No pediatric patients

• ~15-18 patients per day; techs work up patients

• Equipment: Epic EMR, OCT, HVF, IOL Master 700

• PMI South Bay Eye Center is a part of Providence Medical Associates.

• You'll be working with 1 general OMD who is open to helping with consults.
