Dr. Imamoto practices full-scope optometric eye care in a private optometry office in the city of Artesia.  She has previously worked in a private practice in Gardena and in a non-profit organization where she provided vision and eye care to low income and uninsured families in a multi-disciplinary community clinic in East Los Angeles.  She has also been involved in a mobile vision program providing care for the middle school students in the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Dr. Imamoto earned her optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry. Upon graduation from optometry school, she completed a residency in Ocular Disease and Low Vision Rehabilitation at the Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center of the Department of Veterans Affairs.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in Applied Mathematics.

Dr. Imamoto is a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, South Bay Optometric Society, and the Asian American Optometric Society. She currently serves as a Board member and Treasurer for the South Bay Optometric Society.
