Our August meeting was a night to remember.  It started with the recognition and installation of the new Board for 2010-2012 by Dr. Moses D'Janbatian and followed by our "thank you" to Dr. Deborah Geering-Fend for doing such a tremendous job as President for the past two years.  Dr. Chang presented Debbie with a plaque and several gift cards as a token of our appreciation.  Great going Deb!  Also present was Gayle Eisenberg (949-293-0880) from Vision West, who was one of our sponsors for the evening (ACO was not in attendance).  Please feel free to contact Gayle to find out what her company has to offer. 

Thank you goes out to Dr. Douglas Sakamoto as well.  As a returning speaker and glaucoma specialist, he spoke to us on ocular hypertension and some common strategies we can use when determining whether we should treat a patient or not.  It was definitely great information that we can apply in our practices.  Thanks members for your support and again, if there are topics that interest you, let us know...we are here for YOU!
